Mandatory Registration:

All Guides must register by completing the enrollment form to confirm commitment as a Guide for an assisted adaptive athlete. Failure to register will result in exclusion from participation.

Training Coordination:

Guides are responsible to coordinate training schedules with assigned athletes.

Race Day Support:

Guides bear full responsibility for coordinating all necessary assistance for their assigned adaptive athlete, including transportation from parking to the corral.

Donation for Active Guides: Active Nirvana Project Guides lacking official MM2024 registration must contribute a minimum donation of $100.00 to secure their position.

BIB Assignment:

Guides will receive an assigned BIB without a meter, linked directly to their assigned adaptive athlete. No alterations or deviations will be allowed.

Cancellation Protocol:

Any Guide canceling their participation is solely responsible for finding an immediate replacement and covering all associated transfer costs stipulated by MM2024 organizers.

Replacement Guide's Financial Obligation:

The replacement Guide will have to assume the minimum original donation with you. Transfer deadline date is January 27th 2024 and Guide will be responsible for the transfer fee.

Requirements for New Guides:

New Guides joining Nirvana Project Org. must comply with a minimum donation of $150 or initiate a fundraising campaign pre-approved by the board of directors.

Support Team:

A dedicated team of Logistics and Operations volunteers (non-runners) will be assembled to provide vital assistance on race day.

Registration Deadline:

The deadline for registration is strictly set for Monday, January 15th, 2024. A maximum of 2 Guides per athlete is permitted. No exceptions will be made for late registrations or exceeding the Guide limit.
