Release and Waiver of Liability

I understand that swimming, biking, handcycling, running and/or walking with Nirvana Project Organization Corp. is a potentially hazardous activity. By registering with Nirvana Project Organization Corp. I certify that I, for myself or as parent or guardian, I am medically able and I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to complete the course.

I attest that I have read the rules of the competition and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with swimming, biking, handcycling, running and/or walking, including but not limited to falls, drown, contact with vehicles, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high temperatures and/or high humidity, and conditions on the runway including lighting.

I understand that my participation with Nirvana Project Team is strictly voluntary and I only receive or provide competition companionship, advice or encouragement from my fellows of Nirvana Project Team (members, athletes, volunteers, guides), if anything else is asked of me, or if I am otherwise uncomfortable or concerned, I will bring it to the immediate attention of Nirvana Project Leaders.

I understand that the race coordinators and sponsors provide no insurance coverage. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release, and agree to indemnify Nirvana Project Organization Corp. and all sponsors of the competition, any other persons assisting with the competition (including members, leaders, directors, athletes, volunteer, guides), from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the race even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons referred to in this waiver.

Having read this Waiver, and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my registration, I hereby grant permission to Nirvana Project Organizations Corp. and the Event Organizers and their authorized agents to use my name, likeness, photographs, videotapes and motion pictures in connection with this event, including recording any other record of my participation in this event for any purpose without remuneration.

I understand that I will wear Nirvana Project T-shirt on all events that I'm volunteering with Nirvana Project. I understand T-shirt have associated costs.

I understand that it is NOT ALLOWED to use the image of Nirvana Project Org to promote fundraising events that are not previously authorized by the Board of Directors of the Organization.

I understand that this is NOT the registration for the race, the information entered in this form is only for Nirvana's Project event organization purpose. I understand that I must be registered at the race to be able to volunteer. I understand that I'm responsible for the cost of my registrations. Nirvana Project does not pay any registration fees to volunteers.

By submitting this form, I hereby acknowledge that I have read completely, fully understand and voluntary acceptance of the terms contained in theRelease and Waiver of Liability.
